Do you build on WordPress or something else?

Depends on the client. For marketing-led sites where performance and SEO matter most, we usually recommend Hugo or a similar static site generator — it's what we rebuilt RevivalMD on, and we hit perfect Lighthouse scores. For practices that need heavy in-house content editing with photos, galleries, and frequent updates, WordPress still makes sense. We also do custom Next.js and Astro builds where appropriate. The platform is a means to an end.

How is healthcare website development different from a generic agency build?
